"Wonderful service. I have been coming here a couple times a month since it opened. I have found the staff to be really nice. I have a tendency to be indecisive sometimes and they give me no grief. The coffees are good and I found the Bragel to be very filling."

"The staff here are amazing! They have such a cheery disposition and positive attitudes. Plus, the coffee is PHENOMENAL! Honestly, I'll probably start making this my regular go-to coffee place. I don't hate Starbucks, but thier coffee has always tasted a bit burnt and it's not very consistent. Biggby's has great tasting coffee and I don't have to special order anything to make it palletable. I highly recommend the Spotted Owl. Both hot or cold. It's my favorite so far."
