"From my daughter—-Today August 1, 2023, I went into the nail shop Nails Now as I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail tech for my birthday week celebrations. Upon arrival I showed the gentleman a picture of what I was wanting done and asked if he could do it. He replied yes and stated that I must pay $130 for my nails and a pedicure. He actually cut my toes while filling but I had already paid and was thinking accidents happen. So when we continued to my nails he then informed me he couldn’t do what I had asked for up front and didn’t even have the color to just do solids and followed it up with he doesn’t know how to do it and he doesn’t do tips. When I asked for my money back he informed me I couldn’t get it back because he preformed a service. I left in tears, cut toes and badly done nails."

Their knowledge and kindness is beyond any experience I’ve had in the many salons I’ve been to- I just wish they were in every city so everyone could experience this kind of top-of-the-line service.
