"I got my email that my order was received at 12:40 , I got there at 12:55 to pick it up and I walked out at 1:15. Everyone that was there when I walked in got their sandwiches, two couples that walked Iin After me got their sandwiches, and the cars that pulled in the drive thru after I got there all got their sandwiches before me. I’m not sure what the point of ordering ahead is if you just keep getting pushed to the back of the line every time someone else walks in the store. Not very happy for the 35 minute wait from when my order was placed"
"We used the app and ordered a little late (10 minutes before the end of ordering time). They were quick to inform us that our breads were out for the evening so we could make another choice. We were impressed with how fresh the ingredients tasted despite how close they were to closing. In these times the staff still makes sure the experience is a good one despite having to have alternated hours. Start closing at 10:00 again on Monday! I have never been to the store personally, but whenever I call the staff is always friendly. My partner says her experience is always positive and friendly. We have a couple other locations a little closer but this location never disappoints!"
