"Terrible customer service. It's been a year since I've been to this store and I made a visit today in the hopes that they would have hired better employees but nope. Every time they keep new workers but it never makes a difference. The workers are never friendly and they act as if they don't like to work. Also they are very unprofessional. When I came into this store and was ready to purchase my items and all of cashiers keeps telling me to go to a different registers because no one wanted to ring me up. Then the computers were being rebooted, which I don't have a problem with that, but I do have a problem with the cashier glossing her lips while we waiting and having a nasty look on her face. Like she literally glossed her lips all the way until the computer booted back up. Like gosh no one's lips are that ashy. And she did not even say sorry for the inconvenience or thank you for shopping with us. She just threw all my stuff around in the bag, angrily. It was just not a good shopping experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I would give no stars if I could. Btw just in case you didn't know or was wondering they changed their name to Piggly Wiggly because food for less ran out of business. I wonder why... (BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES) . But the inside looks the same the customer service still sucks. Don't waste your time or your money."
"Poor customer service. The staff need to be trained that when you see someone waiting at the counter to get a money, call for the Manger I waited for at least 5 to 10 minutes for some one to come to the desk with two cashiers looking at me and never called for a Manger to come the money order center until after I was walking out the door. I called talk to the Manger and he said that he was at the counter all morning so in other words he is calling me a lie."
"It has that weird store in the hood smell. The employees are nice. The prices are ridiculously high, but it's good for a quick trip to pickup a forgotten item."
"The produce is slightly not up to par. Some of the poultry products are too thawed. The floors of the store could be swept. The employees are friendly and helpful."
