"I can see why the low reviews. See picture.. the cheese for the fries was hard."
"I was appalled at the attitude that was given to myself, my family, & other customers. Every single one of these workers had a sour look on their face the entire time. One of the cooks openly complained out loud for everyone to hear, about how busy it was & she was shaking her head & rolling her eyes. What do you expect?…. You work at a fast food joint in the airport…? People are hungry….? We also asked for straws for our drinks & one of the girls started complaining (out loud) that we asked. They clearly think every customer is an “Inconvenience” to them. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Get rid of the entire staff & start over with people who have better personalities."
"Staff seemed put out they had customers. No eye contact no smiles as few words as possible. Very interested in their conversations between associates but customers were a distraction to them. They moved slow and looked at each customer like we were interrupting their social time. I travel weekly and love the Shack Burger chain. This was embarrassing and needs to be addressed. I encounter the same at the Indy airport every time. Hope this helps."
"Burgers were great! - They decided not to sell shakes or ice cream (disappointing), and staff was having a yelling fight with other staff…they didn’t make the food according to how we ordered (disappointing), but nonetheless the burgers were great :)"
"Be prepared for a 21 min wait to get your food! Other than that, smoke shack burger ($9.09) came out fine with soft buns, meat done fine, and semi stiff bacon. Fries were slightly crispy ($4.25)."
