Steak 'n Shake

"A shell of what Steak N Shake used to be. Order from the kiosk which is ok but as soon as the order was put in the cook was complaining. Shake machine is broken so no shakes after the order was put in. If you had someone take my order they could have said something or turn it off in the kiosk! Must have a QR code from your order to turn kn the Coke machine. Chili was luke warm at best, frisco melt was a soggy mess. The entire time the only 2 staff in the place were yelling at DoorDash drivers to call their customer and ask what they wanted to drink instead of a shake because the shake machine is broken. But hey I got coupons for my inconvenience…. For free small milkshakes…. I can’t make this stuff up."

"They fill the shakes up half way claiming they “dont have” whip cream and the guy had poor service and the entire store sunk like caca food took forever, this is a location i will never come back to.."

"I'm not sure if it was everyone's first day (literally) except the manager or what exactly was going on, but she was doing just about everything AND instructing the other employees each step of everything they did. Kudos to her. She was doing the best she could & keeping it civil. However, it took nearly 40 minutes to get my carry-out order. Half my order was luke warm, half was hot. The onion rings were mushy & grease soaked & my shake was emaciated. I had to get my own drink, there was no other option, and apparently, vanilla coke is no longer an option. I wasn't spoken to for easily 35 minutes. Not a 'hello' or acknowledgment I had walked in, ordered, or that I existed in any form or fashion. I had no choice (so says the sigh that replaced a hostess) but to order from the self-serve kiosk (that replaced a waitress). I almost left when I saw this, and honestly, I should have. I probably won't return until that nonsense is over. Which is a big deal, I used to love Steak n Shake. But so long as I have to tap a screen instead of speaking to a person, I won't give them any more business."
