"Nate is an honest owner/technician who is professional and does good work. I have known him from when he used to work for a big name company here in town that we used. I didn't always prefer every technician that company would send to my house, but I was always relieved when it was Nate. When I learned he went out on his own, I was eager to have him work on our unit. He diagnosed and fixed an issue we had with our AC unit. He registered the part so that we will be eligible for the warranty on the part, and did this without me asking, so it is his standard practice. Now the AC is working great, so he did successfully resolve the issue. He routinely put on covers over his shoes every time he came into the house, and I did not ask him to do that either, but that is definitely a sign of being professional and having respect for others' property. His pricing is fair as well.
