"Didn't care for the bun. Maybe it's because I haven't had it in so long but my bun was dry and just different. The service was wonderful and was also fast."

"Anyone remember the "enter a work-a-raunt" commercials? Steak N Shake corperate went a step farther. Kiosk order, scan barcodes for drinks, limited to 2 refills, and clean your own table. Plus, they have the balls to ask for a tip. The food is great, but not worth the self service and greed."
"I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake in several years. I was looking forward to the great service and amazing burgers and fries I remembered. Sadly the memories were better than the reality. You have a computer screen that you order and pay at with no human interaction. The food was lacking in size and taste, you now scan a QR code to get your drink. I would like to say I'll revisit it, but the truth is, I would rather keep my memories."
"It's all self serve now. Place your own order, scan your receipt so you can get your own drink. Server does bring it out to you. But it's now in a plastic basket. No more real plates. Still great fries. And steakburger taste is the same but I miss the service & china."
