"Everytime I order food at this McDonald's my food is not hot like I ask cause the employees their who soppose to bring to me hot dont make it they just give you whats been sitting their and remove certain things off to make it seem like thats who I order it and its always the nite people their so they need to do what the people order and not how they want to give it to you but im done coming their so no worrys just some fyi"

"After ordering my food nice and clear, the guy that was taking my order completely ignored me and asked again what I wanted. Then was confused what I wanted after repeating myself. When I pulled up to the window the guy was on his phone. No wonder he didn’t know what I wanted to order. When I got to the second window. The guy asked what we had. He had no clue what we order. Then took forever to give me our drinks which were wrong but correct on the receipt. These high schoolers need to learn how to work. You can live without you phone for 8 hours."

"It's always something when I pull up to this restaurant. But that will be the last time...... This time as usual no one which greets which is but to sit at the window for 12 minutes to get my food and it was cold. So I let the woman know you can't have me sit that long and expect for me to take cold food. With an attitude I was provided what should have been given to start with"

"There was an older woman at the cash register yelling at a customer over the drive-through intercom today as I pulled up to pay. The kitchen staff did an amazing job. I'd hate to see a loss of business due to a register attendant being unprofessional. As a manager in operations I can't even believe she's employed because if she feels comfortable being cross over the intercom then her interpersonal relationships with her coworkers and accountability to her boss is probably lacking as well. Otherwise, fantastic service and food!"
