"Stood there waiting for 10 minutes. No one said a thing to me. They were making sandwiches, but you can at least greet your customer. A gentleman came in about 8 minutes after me and the staff 2 feet from me(the whole time) asked him if he had an order, but continued to ignore me. I love Firehouse subs! The restaurant closest to me in Speedway closed. I was in Plainfield and decided to pickup dinner for me and my partner. Another restaurant got my business!"
"I have eaten here twice and have been very pleased each time. The food is great and filling. I also purchased a couple of five gallon buckets and lids for $3 each, which goes to support fire fighters. I will definitely return. The service has been friendly each time as well."
"Went here after a Plainfield high football game and it was pouring down rain. All of the gentleman working were very professional and courteous. It was raining but they kept the floors clean and dry. The food was fresh and hot. Every thing was very clean."
"Easy location right on US 40. Parking is easy and close. They do have a drive thru. The food was hot and fresh. The service was great. The restaurant was being cleaned while we were there. The Italian Sub is very flavorful with fresh meats and toppings. The brisket is hot and tender. Full of flavor. This is a great place to grab a sub."
"We were greeted by a friendly staff, and they were helpful and patient with us since this was our first time eating at Firehouse Subs. My wife ordered the Italian, my son ordered the Smokehouse Brisket & Cheese and I ordered the New York Steamer. We loved how fresh the meats and toppings were. The sandwiches tasted delicious, and we look forward to going back soon."
