"I ordered Wonton Chicken Tacos, pretty much h the only thing I eat here anymore, the wonton were burnt, inedible they were so burnt. When I called ,to discuss the matter, they told me they had picked out the best ones they could find. So they knowingly sold me burnt food. I went back to get a replacement order and they were burnt as well. The waitress walked out from the kitchen and shoved this bag in my hands turned around and went back into the kitchen. I asked anyone around "I want these to go to the manager, how do I get these to the manager" and a waitress at the ordering kiosk, took them and said she would be sure the manager git them. I told her he needs to know about how rude, she was to me, as well. I took the survey on the receipt, got an email from the manager to please contact him at the store, I've called 4 times and he is never there when I call. Very disappointing ."
"I have to say that this is a nice restaurant with nice wait staff and prices are fair. BUT...this is the third time we've been there on :All You Can Eat" and they were out of at least two on the list. One time, all of them! My sympathy to the wait staff for having to deal with some customers. Management needs to order what's needed."
"I like this restaurant chain and this location. I especially like their 1/2 off appertiser specials. Their service is good. Good seating typically not a problem. Atmosphere is typical but can get noisy when crowded on weekends. Prices are reasonable. Food is typically good. I have never ordered alcohol so i can't advise either way on the bar service. Waiters are attentive. I give this location 4 stars rating."
"We had a great experience! Our waiter was new but he did a wonderful job. He was attentive and made sure everyone was happy multiple times. My 4yo said she didn't want anything and then when our food arrived she wanted her own meal, he took her order and got it out quickly to her. He was amazing!"
