"I only eat here a couple times a year, but it's always good. Went through the drive thru today and the manager threw in a free pie for me, said Merry Christmas and thanks for not being rude. Guessing there was grinchs that came through before me, but he had a great cheery attitude anyways"

"Hardees like so many places has went down hill. The place looks closed. Wait time are too long let alone for a break, orders are constantly wrong, and the staff all look and act like they are tweeking. The place sad to say has lost my buisness and i always liked the food. Hardlys is going the way of Sears pennys and kmart"

"Today was the worst service I’ve ever received from Hardee’s in Kokomo Indiana. I put in a mobile order for drive thru & headed there. Upon arrival I pulled up to the speaker & let them know I was there for my mobile order. They were very short with me & sounded irritated & told me to pull up to the window. Waited my turn & got to the window & the employee tried to hand me a coffee & platter that wasn’t my order. I said I am the mobile order & she said nothing & walked away to go tell someone. 5 mins later she comes back to tell me to pull forward. So I do with no hesitation. Another 5 minutes goes by & they pull another customer forward who parked right next to me. Easily 20 minutes goes by the employee brings out the second pulled forward cars order & doesn’t even acknowledge me. So I roll down my window & ask how much longer for my order. She turns around clearly annoyed by my question & disrespectfully says, you are a mobile order & we don’t start those until you are here. I said okay so like any other customers order?! It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes for a mobile order. She just walks away again & comes back 5 mins later with my order not apologizing or saying thank you or anything. Worst service ever. & then I get home & my food was literally unwrapped & crushed up. Didn’t even eat the food because I wouldn’t put it past people to spit in my food. Wasted $18 for my family’s breakfast & wasted time. I tried to call them & their number has changed it said & I can’t find the number anywhere. Such a joke. Also this isn’t the first time I’ve had horrible/rude service from this location either. Hardee’s needs to step up. BTW pic is on the floor because I gave the food to my dog."

"You can't count on this place even being open anymore and definitely don't trust Google maps hours of operation. Edit: they're now open the advertised hours of operation consistently. Oddly 3 people in front of me ordered "extra gravy". Was puzzled why until opening a barely half full container of gravy. WTH?"

"I was in town for the World of Outlaws race and hit the road Sunday morning in the camper. Hardee’s breakfast usually never disappoints and I wanted to try the Prime Rib biscuit! Like most fast food places, the picture doesn’t usually look like the actual thing. Not bad and not a whole lot of prime rib on it, but it was hot and good! The tots are always good! Friendly service and clean. There is camper and semi parking available too."
