Instead of dealing with it like good customer service, he refuses a refund, had a cussing fit and makes them wait FOR OTHER ORDERS before theirs. It may seem over the top but this is the Industry your in the customer service industry. Big sign that the guy is a big baby"

Despite our polite inquiries, we received no satisfactory explanation for the delay. When we finally decided to request a refund due to the excessive wait time and lack of attention from the staff, we were met with outright refusal. The restaurant's management displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude towards our concerns, which only added to our frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend Fish, Chicken, and Gyros based on this experience. The poor service, extended wait times, and refusal to address customer grievances demonstrate a lack of respect for patrons' time and satisfaction. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to uphold basic standards of customer service and professionalism."

"It was our first time here and it was fantastic. Both the service and food were great. We ordered the shrimp combo and the shrimp were huge and very fresh. The fries were hot and crispy too! We will definitely come back when we are in the area again and we look forward to trying the rest of the menu!"

"Got a gyro lunch carry out, it came with fries and I ordered a side of Mac n cheese Absolutely demolished the gyro on my lunch break, it was fantastic. The meat was hot, the sauce was super flavorful and the bread was buttery and warm, a fantastic build to the sandwich all the way around. The fries are generously seasoned, fresh, and crisp. No complaints here! I'll definitely be grabbing my lunch here again soon"

"Had the fish on a recommendation. The tilapia was warm in temp. The seasoning and taste were great. The portion size to the price ratio is on the high side. The fries are egg coated. I don't particularly like this style of fries, but most do. The ketchup was not a name brand, and the taste suffers. Went to the car to grab some ketchup. The waitress was friendly and helpful. This establishment is in an old building that could use a refresh. The tables were clean, as well as the floor. It was an okay meal. I see room for improvement in every aspect. I would go back if famished. But I would have to be really hungry for an average meal at the prices they charge."
