"Service was slow got order wrong n working area was dirty and very disorganized. Hearing arguments among staff through a closed drive-thru during heavy rainand then not knowing who's who's order. I would possible good back but for sure to a very different location"
"Placed a mobile order, it was done when I got there at the specified time, but had been done for a while. The fries were almost cold. Other then that it was all correct and tasted fine."
"They were very efficient and I don't know if I have any other way in saying I will be back because I'm a bit older and not to often do the employees in many fast food places show up in a way these people did. Food was hot, employee was kind and even had a smile. To most people it might not make any difference but it brings a smile to me when you are going through some traumatic experience that hospitality carried me into the next day. Thank you for bringing a little light in my heart."
"I travel for work so I only get to have White Castle when I'm in an area where they have stores. Because of that, consistency is really important. This store definitely made the mark. The sliders were served fast, fresh, hot and delicious. Everyone was friendly. Definitely got my fix in and I'll be happy to stop by again when I'm in the area."
