"THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!! This is the first google review I’ve ever made.. that’s how pissed off I am. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location I have ever been too. My fiancé and I drive 50 minutes for work everyday this location is unfortunately the most convenient location to stop at when we do not have the energy to cook. 6 times in a 7 week span we have ordered and they forgot multiple items. I hate calling in to complain but when I pay for something I expect it.. I called and was told they would give us a $30 credit for the next time we stopped in, here we are a week later trying to cash in on this promise and are told no (I don’t even want to call in a credit I paid for items I didn’t receive) it’s ridiculous, my finance asked for the corporate number and told no you can’t have it and to come back in the next day to speak with a manager. I called in to ask for a corporate number and the “manager” I spoke with in the phone said she doesn’t know it. I said okay, well what’s the name of your franchise I can find it myself…. Doesn’t know the name of the franchise…. I told her it’s on her pay stub… still doesn’t know… it’s astonishing to me the level of incompetence. All I want it the items I paid for. RIDICULOUS."

"The food is amazing when they do it right, but it isn't always garunteed. (For example; I'll order quesadillas with extra sauce to ensure they have some on them, but even then, I've gotten a few without sauce on them). There is rarely someone at the counter, and if there isn't, they tend to ignore the front. This has me resulted in me waiting up to 20 minutes to tell them that I placed an order on the app, just for them to say they haven't started it yet (despite the app saying it's ready). Most of the workers are really nice and seem super chill and are usually quick to fix any issues I have with my order (once someone comes up to the counter that is)"

"9/23/23 ordered a fiesta veggie its missing beans, guacamole, and red strips. Attaching a photo. This used to be a decent taco bell. Its the only one thats 24 hours so if I want late dinner from tbell I gotta go here. I ordered through the mobile app so not sure how to leave a review with taco bell itself. I get they were kinda busy when I showed up but how are we just ignoring 3 huge key ingredients? Its frustrating. Anytime I've ever had to go inside the manager is dropping the f bomb, screaming profanities. Restaurant is clean everytime I've gone so thats a positive. Food is always hot so thats also a positive. But the screaming profanities from management and workers is beyond unacceptable. I swear like a sailor but NEVER to the public if I worked with the public."

"Got the wrong sauce (online order and I put mild but got only hot) my cinnamon twists were dumped all in the bag (didn't even get that many either). Also got cheesy potatoes but no fork. Line took forever to get through and the drive-thru lady was disrespectful."
