"The baristas are very rude. Everytime we go there they treat us like we are the stupidest people on the planet. Now that the new one is up and running, we will be going there. They are kind and helpful and always smiling. Customer service needs to be taught better everywhere. This Starbucks has awful customer service. If you want a pleasant experience and want to enjoy your coffee, go to the new one."
"This place is A W F U L. i don't recommend AT ALL. if you go here, which you shouldn't, do NOT get the pumpkin spice latte. the baristas are SO rude. me n my gurls went here and they treated us like GARBAGE. they were impatient. i was afraid to say something about my horrible latte because i thought they'd spit in my coffee. i wish i could give this no stars because that's how bad it was."
