"Lady taking the order was very rude. Kept cutting me off and saying my total as I was in the middle of telling her another part of my order. I’m not sure why it’s become a habit to quickly ask “is that all”. She got mad because I told her “ma’am I’m not done ordering, please quite rushing me to be done”. When I pulled up she didn’t say a word to me, snatched my card, gave me our drinks, card, and slammed the window until our food was ready. I can understand if you have a long line of cars and a full lobby but there were no cars which is why we pulled in to order food. It’s very hard to find anyone to work as it is, but it seems a lot of people have just given up on putting pride in their work. It’s a damn shame."

"Stopped Sunday 10/22/23 @ 1:51pm. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger among other food. Two little pieces of bacon on the sandwich. We waited for our food and it definitely was NOT worth the money or the wait!!"
"Worst burger king experience ever. Ordered drive through, when arrived at speaker was told to look at menu and they would get back to me which took 15 minutes. Even then, they struggled to understand the order. When I got to the window, worst customer experience ever with the employee staring at my fiance. When we finally got our food after a long wait, they forgot an entire burger and messed up the order on the other burger. The other burger was also cold. On the plus side, best burger kind fries I've ever had. Hot and salty just they way they should be."
