"Went for breakfast. The waitress seated us. It took 15 minutes just to order our drinks. Then a few more to order. The waitress was very rude. So we left cause we never got our food. We won't be back. Went to Cracker Barell & got EXCELLENT service. You won't get our business anymore."
"Haven't been to IHOP in awhile but my kids wanted it while traveling. We were seated within 5mins of being there. Our waitress was so kind and personable. She was also very attentive. Food was fresh and quickly brought out."
"I ordered food through DoorDash the other night and the food came out completely burnt, I received the wrong items, and took over an hour to get here. I called into the store and one of the employees, Jacob, told me that I could call into the store and get my meal replaced through them. I called into the store and the to-go woman that answered the call had an attitude the entire time and told me to go through DoorDash. I told her that I wasn’t trying to argue with her and that I wanted to speak to the manager that told her to tell me to go through DoorDash, and they told me that I was going to have to wait or call back. I spent $66.00 on food there and the employee there said that they would replace it and the manager had no intentions of honoring that. She told me to wait a minute and then hung up on me."
"We went on mother's day. Several people were walking in at the same time. We almost thought about going somewhere else. The waiter that took care of us actually made our food as well and I am beyond thankful he was our waiter. We had the best service ever while visiting ihop! The food was outstanding! Wish I would've got his name to recommend asking for him!! He made sure with a busy day everyone was taken care of in a timely manner."
"We were able to get seated right away. The waitress was very kind. I ordered a mushroom and spinach omelet and pancakes. The omelet was very good with the hollandaise sauce on it. My husband ordered the sirloin tips with hash browns and pancakes. He said the steak had good flavor and was a little bit tough. Overall, the service and food were very good. If we are in the area again, we will stop and eat there."
