"We placed an order on the app, and once we got to the window, we waited about 15 minutes for them finally to hand our order out. I took a quick search around the bag before we drove away, and it was all wrong. The workers at the window said they accidentally gave us the wrong order, took it back, apologized and closed the window to make our food. First of all, they shouldn’t have taken the food back, and we’re assuming they just handed it out to the right people, after it left the window, went into our car, and our hands touched the food inside. So we waited at least 5 more minutes and finally they handed us out our actual order. I took another Quick look and thought it was right, but when parked to eat, we found an item was missing, and EVERY item was terribly made except one of the tacos. The tortillas were stale, the beans were dry like they’d been sitting out for hours, and the beefy five layer burrito had nacho cheese smeared all over the outside of the burrito, so it was a complete mess. It was a HORRIBLE experience and we were so frustrated and certain they wouldn’t correct it if we brought it back in, that we just ate what was edible and went home. I don’t expect a ton from Taco Bell, but I do expect the bare minimum from any establishment I give my money to: 1) to get my order correct and 2) To have a consistent standard of quality. This was just terrible and we will never visit this location again."

"Went through the drive thru and ordered our food, drinks were the wrong size both were a small cup and we got a large freeze which is a medium regular sized cup and a large drink, we were missing more than half our order and the other half was split between two separate bags. One bag containing one regular taco and napkins, Come on you have to do better. We had made it all the way to discover this. Also I called the store which the guy apologized for the mistake and all I asked was that we receive the rest of the food we already paid for, he said no problem to come back in and he'd happily get it for us. When we got back to the store (second trip into town mind you just for this) other employees laughed and made quite a few comments and dirty looks to our faces and told us that we're crazy that they never mess any orders up but that they will give us TWO, yes not all the rest of our order but TWO of our missing items, dropped out receipt and didn't give us another one. When we did get the items they were still not made right and barely had anything in them, making it mostly shell. They also laughed at two other customers whose orders were messed up and told them to go somewhere else and saying the same types of things. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I would have been appalled and ashamed at how these customers including us were treated. I have seen some of the best customer service and some of the worst, this definitely is one of the worst I've ever seen! The blatant disrespect and zero regard for restaurant integrity is beyond me. I'll go elsewhere with my business in the future. My advice? SHUT IT DOWN!"

"White boy missing teeth up front is playing the whole time. Dropped my food on the floor and had to remake it. Said he didnt care about this job and they can fire him. Dude is constantly playing and almost caught hands….do better"
