"Hamburger patty was extremely dry and it looked like all the toppings had slid off onto the side of the wrapper more condiments in wrapper then on hamburger. Cold fries. Service not great but ok. Alot of grease could be seen from the counter throughout the walkways thru the kitchen on the floors big globs and hunks under the grills pretty much all the equipment."
"The night shift people were so rude and refused to give the whole order even though I tried to explain that I didn't have my whole order. Then told me to call corporate and corporate told me I needed to talk to the manager of the store and it would depend if they gave me a refund back."
"Went through the drive-thru, so I can't say how the atmosphere was. First off, I'm not a Wendy's fan, but my grandchildren are, so of course as a good grandma I have to let them have their picks every so often. They, of course, were thrilled, I just got a bacon cheeseburger. It was fine. Folks, this is a fast-food place, I really don't have to tell you all what to expect from a fast-food place. You know about most & in sure what you want to know is if the help is good & the food is decent. Yes, on both counts, so if you're a Wendy's fan, stop in & pay them a visit."
"Worst service I've had in quite awhile! There was a lady already waiting in line when I walked in. After 5 minutes, the girl at the counter who was filling orders finally stepped over to take our orders. Otherwise, she never even acknowledged that we were there--zero eye contact! I do have to say that the food was ready very quickly and was fresh and hot. Most of the dining area seemed clean and in good repair except for the carpet. The carpet was filthy, terribly worn, and is buckling in several places! This store has a lot of good things going on but some of the bad ones brought the overall rating down pretty hard!"
