"I was made to feel like they did not want to service me. Nail rep was insulting to me and then didn’t even provide the service I asked for. When I questioned why, she huffed and rolled her eyes. I walked out without letting them finish it was so bad. Will never take my business there and make sure others that I know are aware. There are better and friendly places around."

"The first time I went in, I had requested an acrylic refill and a pedicure. The took aprox 3 hours and I don’t feel like my nails turned out great but since my sister liked it so much I decided to give them a second chance. This last time that I went in for a basic color change, they left my nails with patches of the old color on the side and under the nail and just placed the new color on top of that. I can clearly see the old color all over the sides of my nails after they were already repainted. Will never go back."
