"Got a regular mani & pedi at this shop today and was charged $72. I agree with previous post that they are over charging for their services. Ask the total cost before you have services done, not all prices are posted for services. I won’t be back."

"First just let me say, I want to be fair to this shop. The work they do is good and it lasts me well over a month in between appointments. HOWEVER, I honestly think they are scamming people out of money. They are pricey to begin with, but here's the biggest issue: every single time (not exaggerating- literally every time) I return for a nail appointment, they tell me I need a new set to get what I want. I have been getting acrylic nails for 20 years and this has never been an issue. I know after a few times, a new set is preferable. But NOT every single time. I also asked for milky pink & white today, which she did achieve eventually, but she told me that to get the "milky" effect, I would need different tips than the ones she JUST put on my fingers. I was very confused. And when I asked for more white on the tips, she said no because it wouldn't look good. So while their work is long lasting, they are difficult to work with and I truly believe they are scamming people into paying more for new sets when they could certainly just do a fill in. I won't be returning."

"Cut me multiple times then proceeded to put nail polish remover over it. Very rough and rushed. Nails ended up with a lot of imperfections, didn’t put any effort they just want your money. Charged 85 for short nails. Also yelled at me when I didn’t like something"

"First timer. Went in for a mani/pedi. It was the first time ever that I had a pedi hurt. The brush used on the top of my feet was awful. I realize I had a good bit of dead skin around my big toe, but one bled while she was digging it out. Then, I asked for SNS in French manicure. I was talked into the light pink base. The color is ok, just not what I was really looking for. She used a brush to apply the SNS. Honestly, I think it was just acrylic, but she said no. Bubbles under several nails and one is not straight. I can live with it, but what I paid was outrageous. Won't be back sadly because they all were very nice."

"Worst nail experience to date. My nails not only look terrible!!! But also the guy doing my nails cut me under my nail with his high speed file. When they removed my original dip it got all over my fingers and instead of cleaning it up he began to just work on my nails until he noticed me trying to pick off the bits of dried dip on my skin. Then he PAINTED a thick layer of dip on my nails... Maybe I'm mistaken, but never have I ever had anyone paint on the dip as if it were acrylic. It left huge clumps under my nails which he once again didn't plan to remove until he saw me looking and asked if the shape was ok. Even then barely removed the glue under the nails. I left with tons of thin bits of dried harden dip all over my fingers. And to top of the horror that was happening to my nails, a lady came in explaining how they charged her 30 extra AFTER the original charge. He explained they forgot to charge her for one of her services so they just added it later!!! She was upset, he argued with her and just kept repeating himself. When she left he proceeds to show me her receipt and explain to me the exact same thing he just told her several times about how she should've been charged and how some people only care about money! How is that my business??? I was uncomfortable and didn't know what to say considering he's already midway through my terrible nails. The only reason for any star at all was that he offered me a discount for injuring me and only charged 25 for my dip. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!"
