"The manager, Andrew, and our server, Jade, went out of their way to provide an excellent experience for our family. It has been a very long week with lots of travel, a death on the family, and more, and we came to Applebees to have a good family evening together. Andrew and Jade provided excellent service, delicious food, and an overall great time."

"I wish I could give a negative rating. I'm a vegetarian and have to travel for work so I eat out A LOT. It's very hard to find good vegetarian meals and I go out with co workers at times (who are not vegetarian), so I try to pick something simple off the menu that's easy to leave the meat out of. I ordered a salad and requested NO CHICKEN. the order comes out with chicken on it but I didn't catch it right away because I was in the middle of talking to my Co worker. By the time I noticed it a minute later the waiter had gone and had to flag another waiter and explained t issue. She said no problem we'll take it back and remake it. She literally came back out within two minutes and said here's your salad. All they did was pick off the chicken and it was very obvious, I'm not a f-ing idiot. I case you didn't know APPLEBEE'S, there's this thing called cross-contamination. I won't even eat food off my partners plate who is also not vegetarian. I picked at it, finished my beer and waited for my coworker to finish his meal. Definitely won't be back, there's not many other options but to treat someone like that is unacceptable."
