"They messed up an order didn't have to be an ordeal however the manager named Faith who I have heard several complaints on from other customers and previous employees elected to escalate the issue after messing up twice. The way my wife was talked to has me responding not only with this review but a direct complaint to cooperate. I will concede and remove this posting in exchange for the termination of the issue as I understand that you can't reasonably make choices for others and everyone (the store itself) deserves redemption once in a while."

"Haven't been to Taco Bell for years. Pleasantly surprised! Food was great, girl at register was wonderful and enjoyed dining with my husband from Minnesota! I miss the chilitos though ."

"I bought three tacos and a bean burrito. I was sick the rest of the night. The taco shells tasted different. Two of the tacos had broken shells and could not be eaten like a typical crunchy taco. I asked them to replace the broken tacos and received back two tacos, one with a broken shell. I had to ask them to give me the bean burrito, which was not given in the initial order. Some of the seats and tables had food particles, apparently not clean. The hot sauce packets had hot sauce on the exterior of the packet. The wait staff was congenial and quick to respond. The wait time was about 10 minutes from the time the order was placed. Only two other small orders prior to our order. Come on, Taco Bell.... An American icon in Mexican fast food can do a lot better than food that apparently made me sick at my stomach."

"The food seems to always be alutyle on the dry side and if you order tacos you may get a teaspoon of beef very little veggies you can break the tacos in half and put everything on one side and still have less than a taco the burritos dry and taste like the fillings were sitting around at least a week the beans never taste the same. It's pretty sad ..very disappointed."

"Went there and ordered a Crunchwrap like I always do; they said they’re out of beef would it be okay to substitute with chicken and I said that was fine. Come to find out that was a mistake because I bit into a bone in the middle of my Crunchwrap. I called the manager to let them know and see what they could do. Pretty much said it’s not their problem because it had to have come from the manufacturer. I understand I’ve worked in fast food and mistakes happen. I didn’t get an apology or anything. The manager really just dismissed me and the fact that it happened at all, no apology, no explanation, just a dismissal and not our fault conversation."
