"Breakfast is usually good. The morning staff is friendly and smiling. After noon you can almost guarantee to be missing part of your order. Cheese that should be melted never is. Once they were out of chicken so they just didn’t give me any items I ordered with chicken in them. Called and spoke to a manager and was told to come back tomorrow for a replacement, which is fine but I just wish they would’ve let me know ahead of time and I would have just changed my order. Usually a younger girl working the pick up window that seems to not be having such a great time. I Only go here for convenience."
"Me and my mom was at the N. Lebanon Street Taco Bell on 1-5-24 The service was excellent. Do to me and mom are disabled it can be rough on the both of us I do not know the guy was but is 25 years young and planning on going back to the service He helped us from the time when Mom sat down until we left He even helped me with my walker and even put it in the van the van for me Since this Taco Bell opened Me and mom have been going here since then and a HELL alot better then the other 1 n Lebanon Indiana where there is nothing but a bunch who cares and a manager that is nothing but a total drunk working there Keep up the good work and everyone should be made employees for the week Thank you Bill C."
"Tried this location twice. The food is horrible but they are friendly. For as much money as these simple foods cost they should definitely change the oil for the mexican pizza...its disgusting and wear hair nets! Out of four hard tacos, 2 had 10 inch hairs in them. Again...disgusting!!!"
"Food from this Taco Bell tastes like the dirty nasty rag water they clean the counter tops with. Every. Single. Time. And they never fail to have missing items. So check your bag before you leave, that is if you're brave enough to eat at this taco bell. Would give no stars if possible."
"This was at the New Taco Bell in Lebanon, IN that was the First time I have ever been to Taco Bell and had to let my food set and cool off to ateable temperature. It was good, hot, and fresh . Tortilla shells were fresh as well."
