"These burgers are cooked to order. Took some time to get. However, depending on who's there determines if you will get hot fries with salt. This time. very cold and chewy fries lacking salt A bit disappointed this time around. Coke tasted like root beer. Sad part is, I drove across town for this sad meal."
"I’ve been here ever since I was in elementary school. They always have hot fresh food at the highest top quality. The staff is always as friendly as can be like as if I was part of their family. They never get my order wrong. And always have what I ask for. Sometimes though when I ask for extra onion or heavy onion on a sandwich, they just put a normal amount. They’re not very good when it comes to the onion. And when I ask for mayo on the sandwich like a burger They just put a teaspoon. And that is disappointing because I love this mayo because it is a sweet mayo. I would rate it higher if they could change this issue that I have when I come to this location. Serve"
"They messed up a simple special order burger without ketchup in the drive-thru. Good thing we planned to eat in the parking lot and not at home. They did make a new burger, but we had to wait again to receive the proper order. Great food, sad service."
"There is always consistency from one Steak 'n Shake to another. It's technically now like all other fast food restaurants - order at kiosk, find your own table (hope it's clean), get your own drinks and pick up your order. Please don't ask for a tip at the time of ordering."
