"Bedbugs!!! Went on 11/16/23 around 4 pm. Gf and I sat on a $79.99 couch. Immediately saw a dead(?) bedbug on the arm and alerted an employee. The employee looked over the couch and after not immediately noticing more said he would need to tell a manager. Went away, and when we were in the checkout line, saw him go over to the couch with gloves on, pick up the bedbug and throw it away in the trash can next to the cashier station. Any place I have worked at in the past would’ve immediately thrown away something with proof of bedbugs, alive or dead, or treated it. This goodwill did neither and I was immediately disgusted that they would even continue to be selling that overpriced infested couch. So do NOT buy furniture from Shenandoah location! I already knew how dirty shopping at goodwill was but this went against customer AND employee safety and any number of products could be infected. So many things wrong with goodwill these days and this was the cherry on top…"
"Tell the antique cashier woman that record sets are priced as marked and her opinion of the value means nothing. It's a 2nd hand store, not an auction of your mother's estate. Accusing me of "trying to get something for nothing" was wildly out of line. I asked for nothing; senior staff told her what to charge me. Twice. I thought I would never get out of there."
"We found some fantastic deals at Goodwill today. A pedestal fan in like new condition that retails at regular stores for $39.95 and we got it for $9.00. Can't beat that. We also got a few plastic storage containers for our craft room for 99 cent's each and a few odds and ends. As always a fun adventure shopping here. We'll be back of course. There's plenty of free parking and disabled parking and the store is always neat and clean and all of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to assist you with your questions or concerns."
"they have a lot of colecction of antique stuff, like old plates,old glasses. Alot of choices too. Was Lucky, get alot of treasure from there. Employee also friendly and helpfull. definately come back"
