"The food is great. I love the shrimp Buffalo. The service was good except for the automated ordering process. Ugh. The place is pretty clean, and the atmosphere is, of course, always good."

"This Hooters location has slowly been going downhill and last night, will most likely be our last attempt in this location. We stood at the host stand for every bit of 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. After being seated we waited another 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. As we were sitting there more and more people are having the same experience at the host stand and the guy on the grill yells at the girls 'stop seating people' but as people come in, they're not being told anything, just standing there... we wait an hour for our food and finally say something to our server. She comes over and says 'they're plating your food now should only be like 10-15 more minutes' Another half hour later, we still don't have our food! We got our kids food togo and told them to keep ours, we didn't want it. A manager never came to speak with us or apologize and we paid over 75$ for this horrible experience???? Nobody offered to comp anything or any kind of rescue effort, as a bartender and server myself, I always give you grace. But, this was tragic."

"I will never step foot inside this hooters again .They either don’t like blacks or they don’t want they service . I stood at the stand waited to be seated for almost 20 mins. Every employee sees me they don’t greet me but walk pass me like I’m invisible. You guys definitely get a -5 star from me and will never come to this establishment again. Now mind u there are only like 10 cars in the parking lot and everyone was eating . They were walking and doing everything else besides giving me service when all I wanted was some wings and fries."

"Absolutely love the smoked wings. It is why we order food from Hooter and not at any of the countless places we can get wings for half the price. But today was the 4th time in a row I have ordered AT DINNERTIME on a weeknight, and been told after the fact they don't have the smoked. They have wings.... and the sauce too.... just not making them. 100$+. Get a call, not from the restaurant but from the driver when the food should already be delivered. What am I meant to do, just not eat? Of course I'll take the mediocre fried wings over nothing now that iv waited and it's this or skip. Might be the last time we order here, and that's sad because their smoked wings are literally my favorite dinner bar none. Fully a service issue. They have the product they just don't wanna make it. Take it off the menu or get it together. Infuriating."
