"We had really disappointing service tonight. Intitally when our tables food came out my meal was rung in wrong by the cashier so it needed to be remade. No problem, that happens. 25 minutes later my family was done eating and i still didnt have my food. Finally a girl came back around and said "sorry the kitchen got busy and forgot. Its being made now.". An additional 15 minutes later i got my sandwich and was finally able to leave. I get things happen but a mess up at the register, then being forgotten, and then waitng 15 minutes for a simple sandwich seems crazy. No plans on returning."

"My grilled cheese sandwich came out quick, hot and melty! Absolutely incredible. The service there was also immaculate. I don't remember her name, but the lady taking our order was so sweet and patient, even when I messed up my order!! Also a very convenient spot, with reasonable hours. I would most DEFINITELY come again!"

"One of the best catering places in town in terms of price, convenience, and quality. Very friendly staff and lots of options to choose from. The ability to schedule early and late and almost any day is also very convenient. They have a lot of seeding inside to grab lunch and lots of food options as well. Go check them out!"

"UPDATE 06/23 I’ve updated my review to only 2 stars and those are for the cleanliness of the dining room being nice otherwise it would be a 1. Last 6 times we have been our orders haven’t been right. Soup has been wrong, bowl only half full and cold soup, forgot a side of fruit, forgot potato salad, sandwich not right size, no dressing. But yesterday was pretty bad. I ordered a whole French dip, a cookie, a whole club, and a side salad. I didn’t get the cookie, and the sandwich I received for $11.29 was a joke at barely 3 inches long and at parts less than 2 inches wide for a French dip. I’ve included picture. I told the young woman this isn’t right. I ordered a whole plus you forgot the cookie. She told me that is a whole sandwich unless I wanted the $15.00 sandwich. I said no $11.29 and you have got to be kidding and held the sandwich against my hand. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off from me mumbling something under her breath. A few minutes later she comes back and said she told the manager I complained and since I want more to eat a bigger sandwich is being made for me. I didn’t want ‘more to eat’ I could tell she was being snarky. I wanted what I paid for. she brought out the cookie and the new sandwich. Plus they want a tip and it’s on the keypad. I have to push more than one button to opt out of a tip and it’s difficult to see. I don’t mind tipping for good service but not for counter service when the staff is paid more than what a server is paid in a sit down order restaurant. They need to pay their staff better instead of expecting a tip for limited service. See picture of the French dip. The blueberry lemon cookie is good. Employees are friendly, food is fresh and good, our orders have been correct except for forgetting auju one time, place is clean and bright with many seating areas to choose from. A much welcomed healthier casual fast food option. Feels more like a sit down dining experience than a typical fast food. If splurging on calories isn’t an issue the carrot cake is absolutely delicious with pieces of nuts, carrot, and raisins. Extremely moist and served cold."

"I like McAlister's and generally have good experiences. Not this time, though. Not sure what happened, but they just didn't seem to be able to make the place run. One young woman was working frantically while the rest didn't seem too interested. When I arrived, there was a line of people waiting to order, but no one at the counter. While I waited for my to go order, I was next to some tables that hadn't been cleared. It took about 30 minutes to order and get my food. The tables were still dirty when I left. When I got home, the sandwich that was not supposed to have onions had them. Also, the avocado on the salad was brown. It's a familiar restaurant in a small town, so we'll go back some other time to see if it's better. There was a women's basketball game on campus today, so maybe the post game rush was the problem. I guess everyone has a bad day sometimes."
