"I will not be returning here because of the owner. The young girl and her mother that work there are amazing. Ive given it multiple chances. I started coming because I quit working near the one in Indianapolis (different owner) and the next closest was in Zionsville (same owner as Indy location). The drink I get at the other locations is $10.70 when I first got it here in Lebanon she charged $14 and some change. I thought it was a little high but I figured different owner different prices. The next time I came it was $13 and some change. The next time she charged me $15 and some change. The next time she charged me $14 again. The same exact drink. So at this point I have no idea what the actual price of the drink is. The drink I get has an additional lift off in it which is $3.50. No problem but if you had that to a normal drink price it should be $10-$11. $12 at the most. I filled up a punch card which has about 20-25 punch holes. When I filled up my whole card the last time I obviously got the same drink I usually do for free, but this time I filled it up the owner charged the additional $3.50 and told me that the free one only covers the drink with no extras which would be fine if that’s what I’m paying every time the card gets punched or even sometimes. If I’ve paid $14-15 per drink every single time getting the same exact thing and filled up an entire punch card that you offer and then when I get to my free one after spending $300+ you decide you have to still make a few dollars even though you didn’t the time before… it comes off very desperate. It wasn’t about the dollar amount it was just the principle. I’ve spent OVER $1000 there easily at this point at this location because I come 4-6x per week. The owner comes off as very greedy and only worried about money as compared to the other employees who are very customer orientated. The other 2 employees (mother and daughter) are the only reason I continued going as long as I did. I know of other people who have had similiar experiences with the owner and pricing. At this point I would rather make the drive and give my money to someone who is trustworthy and honest with their prices because there have been way too many inconsistencies."

"There was a 1 star review saying these drinks are nothing more than "syrup in water drinks" which is absolutely false. They are a powder mix combined aloe. Absolutely amazing drinks, these drinks also help soothe your stomach and have a much better caffeine high than coffee. Love the owners as well very sweet and kindhearted individuals. Plus they have more than just bobba teas they also have coffee and edibles. Only downside is they are supposed to be open on sundays and are usually not open but I will not fault them for this in my review seeing as they have a hard time trying to staff the sunday shift. 10/10"
