"Great place to eat. Been here plenty of times. Employee DT did a great job on taking my order, spoke loud and clear. I ordered the Flamethrower dbl combo with fries and sprite."
"We went through the drive-through only to be disappointed. We ordered four hamburgers and a chicken strip basket and they asked us to drive around to the front and they would give us our food there. We sat waiting for over a half hour before going in and our food still wasn't ready. And there were only 4 cars in the parking lot and the drive through was empty so it makes no sense why we had to wait so long. Sitting in the car, I noticed half of maybe 5-7 employees just talking to one another and doing nothing. I saw only one of them packing stuff in boxes but I didn't see anyone leave with food for a good twenty or so minutes. The service is terrible. I work not even 5 minutes from here and I got off an hour ago. I'm still waiting in the stupid parking lot. Our recipe says we ordered at 6:36:15. It's 7:08 and we only just now got our food. My chicken strips aren't even hot anymore and my fries are as hard as a rock. Never again."
"Gave them a second chance, but still couldn't get it right. The staff is not very friendly. It's not a very inviting environment. The people who make the blizzards don't turn the blizzards. They just seem to be going through the motions. Seems like they are there just for the paycheck. I'm going to have to try the other Dairy Queens in town. This one is disappointing"
"Overall not satisfied and will never return to inside of this Dairy Queen grill &chill ..from the start the parking lot was full of trash and most of it was there own cups and lids ..I was the only customer and the cashier didn't seem to be very pleased to be at work ..the food was great hot and fresh but the service and condition of this establishment is not how Dairy Queen should be operating! Floors super sticky hospitality zero .."
