Noodles and Company

"I had the chicken parm and I’m pretty sure they just heat up a premade tray of pasta and chicken and then call it a day. For paying ~$10 I would expect better than a glorified microwave dinner. Really disappointed, will not be back."

"Ordered a drink with my meal through door dash but didn't receive it. When I asked my dasher, he was mad at ME for mentioning my order was wrong, which isn't the stores fault, however he did say that the store did not provide a drink when he asked because I "had not ordered one" despite it clearly being marked on my receipt. Given the aggressive reaction of the dasher I'm not sure if this was a case of the dasher taking my drink but either way as a college student I would still like a refund for not receiving what I ordered. Also forgot to mention I called the store and they said they would check my order and let me know but then just hung up on me..."

"My son and I visited this location for the first time so we could split a meal and try it out. The manager noticed we were splitting a meal and brought him out a mac and cheese just for him! We will definitely return. The food was excellent, and the experience was even better!"

"I do _NOT_ recommend this Noodles and Company at all. If you have been here, I also recommend that you check your credit card statements to make sure you haven't been cheated. Service: The service here is unfriendly and shady. Prior to going, I registered through the Noodles and Company app to collect rewards. After doing so, I received a notification of a company wide 20% off deal for Regular Asian Entrees for the weekend. Again, company wide. This sounded great since my wife wanted the Pad Thai and I wanted the Japanese Pan Noodles. However, when we get there, the manager? owner? Person employing their pre-teen child as a server refused to honor the company wide discount. The manager told us that the rewards system was down and had been all month. (okay... right...) He also refused to honor the company wide 20% off regular Asian entrees which we both had ordered. Which, on a $26 bill would have been $5.20. To be frank, I feel cheated by this experience alone, but it gets worse from there. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was honestly sad. I know my opinions are biased because I feel we were cheated and lied too, but the restaurant just looked worn out. Tables and chairs were in poor condition. The walls were blank. There was no background music playing. All things that this location, and others, use to do, but not anymore. The entire experience just felt cheap. Food use to be served on dishware, now it's on disposable plastic bowls. But forks were brought out on porcelain dishes for reasons? Food: The food while tasty, was suspiciously small. We ordered Regular sized entrees which use to be large portions, now they were the size of what the small portions use to be. However, what makes this suspect is that having eaten at other Noodles and Companies, the portions at those haven't shrunk as much. Again, I feel the manager/owner is deliberately cheating customers. I can in no way recommend this Noodles and advise you to check your credit card statements."
