"I go to Ziggi’s nearly every morning and always have great service. I stopped in last Thursday for my usual Java Chip. The young lady who was assisting me was amazing! The manager was absolutely wonderful as well! Unfortunately, there was a guest in front of me who called the manager a profane name & was being rude/unreasonable. The manager handled it very professionally and he is always so incredibly kind! Thank you for the amazing customer service and quality coffee! You’re the best!!! PS: To the lady that was in front of me that day who called the manager a derogatory name against his sexuality, shame on you. Do better. Way to go Ziggies! You’re all amazing and we thank you for getting up so early so we can enjoy our coffee!"
"Went there for the first time and got a Butter Pecan iced latte along with a $10 gift card for my daughter. I usually take pictures but drank it too fast and concentrated on my coffee intake. Will go there soon and will try a different flavor. Will take pics first before indulging."
"I visit family a few times a year in Avon and immediately noticed the new coffee shop. My family drove thru and was impressed at the menu size. All of us ordered something for each of our tastes. Everything was delicious! Prices were reasonable, too. The design layout is a bit weird with the roundabout, but it's easy enough once you know where the entrance is."
"My husband always gets custom order coffee. All the coffee shops we've been to lately he's nearly always disappointed. Ziggi's coffee change that for him really impressing him with their hazelnut cream. As for me, my vanilla latte was 5 star worthy."
"We had breakfast sandwiches (waffle and and gluten free) and they both were fantastic. We were able to get our food and drink (Salted Carmel - pretty good drink) pretty quick from walking up to order. The Drive tru lane was pretty long, but they have staff coming out to take order. So, it might not be too bad. Staff were also super nice. We will certainly go back."
