"Awful! I have had my nails on for less then 24 hours when one just popped off and ripped my real nail off with it. My skin is cut up from the tools being used too harshly and they look awful. I wish he would’ve told me he couldn’t do a neat snowflake rather than attempt one that I didn’t like and then proceed to not remove it."

"My experience here was great, and my time was enjoyable. My Mimi had purchased and given me a Gift Certificate as a Christmas gift. Initially I planned on just getting a pedicure. However; I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure with great service and good conversation too! I am very happy with my visit and the results from here!"

"I never (and I do mean never because this is my first ever review of a place…) review places, but my experience there yesterday was so terrible I just had to share. When I walked in, I was seated immediately, but then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the actual nail lady to come back. I get someone being gone on a break, but I was not told that there was no one in the building to do my nails. If I had known that I would have just left. When the lady finally got there, instead of using foil and nail polish remover, she used this paste on my nails to try to remove the previous gel nails. The paste really burned my nails, and each time she came back to see if it was working (surprise it wasn’t) she kept putting more of it on. Finally I told her it was really hurting me, but instead of then just using the regular methods, she filed and buffed all of the polish off which did a good bit of damage to my nails. (I know filing is normally involved, but usually it’s just the top layer and then the rest is softened and scraped off.) When she finally got the previous nail polish off, she haphazardly cut my nails and immediately began painting them. No soaking, no cuticle work, nothing. The paint job was so bad that I kept thinking, “surely she’ll go back and fix it,” but she didn’t. She slapped two thin coats of the gel and the top coat ran some fingernail polish remover over each nail and said that she was done. When I left my nails… 1. Had jagged edges 2. Were somehow still wet (which is hard to do with a proper gel lamp) 3. Looked like I painted them myself A couple of them have already chipped. I’m all for giving chances and had been recommended to this person because the person had been losing clients, but I’m just saying, I understand why now."

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, they charged me $42 for these carrot shaped nails it’s messy and just thrown together they said my nails was long and extra labor ??? Like is this a nail salon or a mechanic?? I will not be back. Would definitely recommend OMG Nails ! Added my ONE WEEK update and pics just don’t serve any justice lol this is a mess !"

"Well I believe if men in general ever experienced this as a whole, the pedicure business would boom. Whirlpool/hot tub your feet, while your neck and back is massaged. They do all the usual smoothing, trimming, but includes warm towel wrap and oil massage of calves and feet. Just great! So I treat myself once in a while to this special pampering done right."
