"Clothes are great, prices affordable, but service was very disappointing. Upon checking out, my bag was tossed up on the counter rather than handed to me which has always been their normal practice. And we saw the customer before us handed their bag at the end of the counter as expected. It was fairly obvious that our whining 2 yr old had left a negative impression on the cashier, and the service we received represented that. I've shopped there for years and never experienced that. Disappointing visit."
