Within minutes, the store owner's husband, David, told me that the gift would be HAND DELIVERED to my daughter's home ON Valentine's Day. He also sent me a photo of the gift already gift-wrapped with the note included. Fast forward to Valentine's Day... David went to my daughter's apartment building to drop off the gift; however, there was no one in the front office; so he was unable to deliver the gift. Instead of giving up, he contacted me, and we were able to make arrangements for him to deliver the gift to my daughter's work. I am not lying when I say I have tears in my eyes as I write this review. It meant a lot to my husband and me for our daughter to receive her Valentine's Day gift since we could not be with her, and the store owners of Two Tulips Boutique made this happen, even though it took extra time out of their day. When you go to their website, you will read these words on their "About" page. "Carla and David love to meet new people and pleasing every customer is the true goal." This sums it up perfectly. I can attest to the fact that this is a true statement. Oh, and the icing on the cake.... our daughter, upon opening her gift, immediately texted us and told us how much she loved the gift!
