"This was the worse ever. Girl didn't help , on phone , I paid full price -cash then I canceled with in 10 min...and she never canceled ..sent men in truck 2 days later.also made me wait 14 days to get my money back ..terrible service.."
"Had my washer 11 weeks. Called multiple times to never get an answer, left voicemails, never got calls back. It wasn’t until the 11th week I called and left a voicemail stating it was ridiculous I couldn’t get a response etc that they called me back with a “I was just about to call you”. I get business are busy, parts are back ordered, but communication is always an easy thing to do."

I was so impressed by the quality of inventory in store, the product knowledge of the staff, and their ability to deliver and install my washer/dryer the very next day. All staff was so friendly and helpful, showing me in the store and in my home how to use my much more up-to-date products. I highly recommend purchasing from Reece's. "Don was extremely helpful and informative. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse on a new washer and dryer. He did state that they do charge to take away their dryer that I have but I am more than happy to let them have that because it would cost more for me to take it to the dump."
"I placed an order late at night for a new washer and the next morning I received a call from Reece himself to assist me in scheduling and the purchase. Less than a week later, I have a new washer! I didn’t catch my installation guys’ name, but he mentioned he was the owners son. He was amazing. Worked quickly and was so pleasant to interact with. Can’t wait to shop with them again!"
