"Shout out to Tom at York service dept in Brazil. Had issues with infotainment center,issued was fixed but after I got my truck back I discovered that I had no radio reception. Tom got me back in and corrected the issue promptly. Thanks Tom. Great service!"

"I was just passing through on a road trip vacation with my family when my car would not restart at the gas station. Thankfully I was close to York Cheverolet. They were kind enough to drop me off at a local hotel so I could rest and be with my family while they diagnosed and did the repairs. When the work was done, later that same afternoon, they picked me back up to get my vehicle. They went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and professional. I have nothing but praise for everyone from York Chevy, particularly Anita for being so awesome keeping me informed and the gentlemen that dropped me off and picked me up, and of course to the technicians that were able to get me back on the road in the same day."

"I like dealing with sales staff , financial staff, people are genuine polite and courtesy. The staff in the shop are nice and down to earth but way too much turnover. Since 2016 I have bought 3 vehicles and rarely come across the same people. But I do feel I sometimes I get overlooked on small things."

"Service department installed new TPMS sensors on my tires. Picked up my vehicle and the wheels were not balanced correctly. I made an appointment to get them balanced again and they tried charging me $59 plus telling me that I needed new front and rear brakes. I did not have them replace the brakes and they did not end up charging me to balance them again. I left the dealership and noticed the wheels were still not balanced correctly. I made another appointment to get them balanced and they said they balanced them again but didn’t really think they were out bad enough to make a difference. I asked if they found anything else wrong and they said they didn’t and they even looked at the brakes and that they were fine (not sure why just a few days prior they said my brakes needed replaced). I just took my truck to Belle Tire and had them balance my wheels and everything is fine now. Spent $60 at Belle Tire because York couldn’t get them right."

"Chris was so helpful when I needed an oil change at the last minute. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, and had a nice waiting room for me to sit in. They didn’t even mind that I happen to have my dog with me. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, even the body shop guy who directed me to the front office."
