"We don't have many options for wings in Brazil... So it's nice to have this. I edited this review after visiting tonight. My family came in for dinner before the crowds came in. I'll start with saying the food was great and we were very happy with it. Our waitress, on the other hand, she was not very personable tonight. She didn't smile, she didn't really have much to say, and it seemed as if she was almost annoyed at having to wait on tables. We all noticed this almost immediately. We were going to chalk it up to a bad night for her and let it be. When it was time to go, she brought the check out, but it took longer for her to take the check and my debit card than it did to eat our meal. I actually had to ask her to come get it so we could leave. She did finally get my card and bring back the copy to sign. When she did, she basically just slid it across the table in a huge hurry and said "I'm sorry" and just walked away. There was no attempt to be friendly or even salvage a tip. Now, I'm the person who tips almost no matter what (it's usually not the waitress' fault). She did still get a tip, but man, it didn't feel like she earned it tonight. I hope she had a better night after we left, but from what we saw, everyone was getting the same personality we saw (not friendly)."

"Food is usually very good, but Service has gone down a lot lately. I don't know what's going on, but service has gotten really slow anymore. Also, while most of the time the waitresses are friendly and helpful, they just can't seem to figure out how to clean off tables after patrons have left. Standing around chit chatting or walking past tables with dirty dishes on them with empty hands while these tables should be cleared off and cleaned is not a good look for the restaurant when someone comes in."

"Smallest 3/4 full bowl of chili I have ever had. Was supposed to fill me up as a meal. Disgustingly small. Horrible amount for the price paid. Excellent taste but awful value. Left here hungry. NOT the first time I have ordered their chili. FIRST time ever getting such a tiny amount."

"The waitress was great and very friendly. We ordered traditional wings and boneless wings. The traditional were nice and big but the boneless were hard as a rock and overcooked. If you don’t believe me check out the pictures. We did mention it to the waitress but the manager asked if we really did eat any of the BAD chicken. The truth is we tried as best as possible but you can’t really eat hard rock chicken. The manager gave us five dollars for ordering over $25 not a good move. Not worth eating here due to poor management and over fried food."
