"GARBAGE A** WALMART ALL THE WAY AROUND INSTEAD OF HAVING LAZY A** EMPLOYEES SITTING AT THE DOORS WITH YOUR CASHIERLESS REGISTERS HOW ABOUT YOU COLLECT THE CARTS OUTSIDE AN BRING THEM IN FOR CUSTOMERS TO SHOP SHAME ON THIS WALMART AN ITS SORRY EXCUSE OF MANAGERS/MANAGEMENT WHEN I ASKED A YOUNG HISPANIC EMPLOYEE IF A MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE HE ASKED WHAT IT WAS IN REGARDS TO WHEN I TURNED AROUND TO TELL HIM HE TOOK OFF AN HID IN THE BACK BY THE BREAD SECTION I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION I'LL DRIVE AN HOUR ONE WAY OUT OF MY WAY BEFORE I COME BACK TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A SO CALLED WALMART THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THIS LOCATION IT'D BE BETTER ALL THE WAY AROUND"

"Don’t order anything through the mobile app for curbside pick up I promise you will be waiting an hour + for your items and they will also mark your order ready only to arrive and be told it is not. Yesterday I experienced this issue when attempting to pick up a cooler I ordered on cyber Monday and when I arrived I waited for an hour until I decided to get out of my car and see what’s going on for myself. When I walked up to the door there was 5 other customers also waiting and wondering where our items were. This store is very unprofessional I suggest u shop at target for curbside, they will be outside in a timely manner and also won’t mark items ready when they are not."

"Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes to receive help to get infant formula. I try to be patient with it being close to the holiday but this is EVERY time I've gotten formula in the past months..A lot of us as single parents don't have all day to be waiting... I think it's terrible that I can find easily an associate on their phone... in any part of the store but when you need assistance... no worker to be found... smh..."

"Nope. Plenty of stores I can find, where the food is GROWN and PROCESSED in USA or South America. Don't want any eyedrops and no food from India - loaded with chemicals to survive the long trip, from "way over there"."

"I don't understand why most Walmart employees cannot produce great customer service. All you have to do is smile, say sorry for the inconvenience, how may I help you, and have a lovely day. Here is the back story. March 18, 2023, at approximately 10:35 am, I went to Walmart to get my tire fixed because I had purchased three new tires from another Walmart prior, costing a total of $409.00 Unfortunately, one popped two days after because of road hazards. I called Walmart but the phone rang with no answer so I had to drive to the store which was 20 mins away. When I arrived no one was at the desk. I am assuming it's a business so there must be someone at a desk to take the calls or talk to. Well, not at this store. After arriving at the automotive department a few hours early, 5 mins into my wait I spoke to Angie an African American with locks in her hair. Fortunately, I had scheduled a 2pm appointment but came a a few hours early. She was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I was amazed she was still in customer service. After a min or two a manager named Stephen came which I thought would have done better and he also displayed poor customer service while being unprofessional. I have never purchased tires from Walmart and I regret it and will never do it again. I am still in awe. After getting my car fixed they billed me $130. I explained to the clerk the pricing was wrong because I had insurance on the tires and she went off on me. Furthermore, she could not explain what was on the paper and I could not understand her explanation. I kindly requested to speak to the manager because I had no choic. After the manager came, he said “ohh they billed you incorrectly.” At no time did him or the young lady apologize for the incorrect information. Moving, forward I rather not to go to Walmart Automotive Hammond. NEVER AGAIN, ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCES EVER."
