"Danita the store manager is great! I have bought a gaming pc, iphone, and a washer and dryer from their store and the service has been great. Whenever I had questions about my bill, she was there to answer any questions. Every time I thought about closing my account, I find myself buying something else. Everyone in the store is great, also Demario. Even though Danita was off, Demario was able to take care of me. I would recommend them ten times out of ten. Outstanding customer service!"
"FYI I love the items that I have from them but they got very very poor customer service Danita and Mario are so unprofessional they say that they can work with you but they don’t until you call corporate office. They act like you don’t have your payment already to be deducted from your account but they want to add on extra $$$. I will pray for them for real thirsty people never again I can’t wait to finish with them soon."
"I'm not sure if this message will directly reach Danita, but feel free to pass it along. I spoke with customer service and they informed me that you NEVER cancelled/refunded my order. We both saw that the only thing you did was push my delivery date back even though you were well informed that I no longer wanted the item. No thanks to you, but luckily for you, I was able to get it taken care of the right way WITH a confirmation email since you stated that you don't send confirmations. Which I found to be weird since you all sent me a confirmation of my order, so not only are you a liar, but you're very unprofessional as well."
