"This place has rapidly gone downhill. The past few months I've had multiple orders cancelled due to them not having any drivers, one order actually got delivered but was incorrect, and tonight I'm apparently not getting what I ordered. It's been over an hour and a half and I haven't gotten my order nor any updates about it. I've been calling the store nonstop for 35 minutes and nobody picks up the phone. It just rings for 3 minutes and hangs up. Never have I had a place take my money then just not deliver anything without any update and refuse to pick up the phone for over 30 minutes until tonight."
"My school always caters Jimmy John’s for events and they tasted normal. That’s why I didn’t step in this place even though it’s a stone’s throw from my house, until one day for a date. And I was so impressed. The jimmy cubano taste like mentaiko! And it’s also more affordable than Potbelly’s."
