"We dined in. We did have to send a steak back because it looked well done and was supposed to be rare, but they sent a new one and the manager came herself and made sure everything looked good. They also made more sides so my daughter didn’t have to sit there hungry while she waited. We really enjoyed the service with Lexi. It was very busy, but she made sure to still be very attentive and sweet and it completely made up for any mishap we had. She had recommendations for our food that she preferred and we actually agreed to trying it and they were great. She really made the experience wonderful for us after a hard day. We will be requesting her when we come back. It’s rare you get good customer service like that anymore. Hers was exceptional."

"Met the family here for a pre-Christmas lunch, table of 11. We had to wait about an hour, no big deal, it was the Sunday afternoon before the holiday. We were seated and the server, began to tell us he didn't have coffee cups, water cups, no bartender for drinks, it was a little crazy! Apparently some freak accident occurred the night before and all the glassware in the dishwasher trays got knocked over. Seeing the server was uncomfortable we started joking like "She will do dishes, I used to bartend, want me to jump in and help??" LOL; Paul (the server) started laughing, and joking back, became a thing through the meal-"hold onto your fork-we don't have more!!!" etc. We laughed so hard, the food was excellent, and Paul made it a great experience. Way to save the day, sir!!!"

"We had the best food & service for our 20th Anniversary wedding anniversary dinner. The Firecracker shrimp was the perfect appetizer to start with. My husband & I enjoyed the Berry Sangria, the T-bone steaks and baked potatoes. Excellent service"

"Overall, I'd say this Longhorn is ok. The only reason I put 5 stars for service is because my waitress seemed like the only person in there running around helping guests. Lots of staff, but she was the only person who seemed to be hustling in there. The food was good, but not great. The outlaw ribeye had a very large amount of gristle/fat. Also, when I arrived, no one greeted me. After being ignored by 2 people, I'm assuming the manager(due to her business casual outfit) only asked how many? I replied with 1 and got nothing else out of her. I said thank you, and she replied with nothing. You could at least welcome your guests."
