"Unfortunately after 5 years I had to change my 5 star to a one star due to inevitable food and many problems with service. The last couple dozen times are so that I've been there the food has been cold and inevitable. Is inattible. The customer service has gotten very bad as well though there are a couple of people there I still like that greet you with a smile and are very nice. I constantly get my food with cold pieces of American cheese on them that has not been melted and last time I actually gabbed because the breakfast burrito Appear to have been in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The consistency of a food is constantly cold and slimy which is very concerning. As a matter of fact I've not received my food hot in a year. It's the only fast food restaurant on the way to work but from now on I'll just guide out of my way. What a waste of a brand new restaurant with all new equipment."
"The night crew is rude and have nasty attitudes they didnt even ask what size meal we wanted or anything and the lady definitely acted like she ain't want to take an order"
"Fries were fresh and hot. Burger was good (except for the onions I had requested it without). Nuggets were fresh and hot. Shamrock shake was thick and delicious."
"To the owner and GM of this McDonald's you all have put so .much focus on the physical appearance and rebuilding the outside appearance of this McDonald's yet you continue to neglect and ignore the terrible customer service and terrible product that u distribute... The food at this restaurant is ALWAYS stale and cold the customer service is always ignorant and and wait times are just down right ridiculous there is always something missing from orders or orders not correctly made and as previously stated the food is always cold and old you can never get anything fresh here. To the owner and gm if you read this you all really need to step it up and do better cause it really is unacceptable the manner in which you all are running this business. I'd rather drive the extra 10 mins to Hobart or Portage and get hot food rather than spend another dime at this lake Street location"
"They finally have some fresh food and good customer service. They have the food I want when needed and ice cream machine is not down. Fries always be crispy hotttt and fresh. Thank you to the workers and whoever changed this McDonald’s"
