"The service is always poor. When you try to order, they are so busy talking amongst each other instead of getting the orders correct. All myself and other customers heard was cursing and talking about each other's family members etc. I think there's a time and place for that. The chicken has been burnt, the apple pies were hard. I tried to tell a manager and she got an attitude. I have been to this place 3 times and it never fails. They were doing the same thing every time. I will not be returning."
"This place is really horrible. You wait more than 20 minutes for your food. I thought fast food is suppose to fast. The workers are very disrespectful...talking bout the customers when they know you can hear them. Everyone that's working today on 11/09/2023 should be fired the manager as well. Y'all lose customers because of your employees & some of the food. I tried calling & they won't answer the phones...If you own that Churches Texas in Gary you need new employees or just shut the damn place down. I'm glad I don't live here...I just got my money back, if I could have given them no stars 5hats what it would have been...y'all suck frfr"

"We ordered the family meal. Mixed 16 pieces. We then asked for an order of biscuits. We received all dark meat. We did not receive the extra order of biscuits. My son returned to the restaurant to inform the manager that the order was incorrect. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my child. This was our first and surely last time coming to this establishment!"
