Buffalo Wild Wings

"Today 2/21/2024 we had a party of 5 come to the this bdubs. We got our drinks quickly. Redeemed points for cheese curds, asked for a side of regular ranch, didn't receive the ranch until most of the cheese curds were gone. All 5 of us placed our orders. Everyone got their food and was half way thru their food before I got my food. The server Jess O. Would go get my food but then brought out a different tables food out. Walked past our table before she stated she would go see about my food. Jess O was very rude. Rolling her eyes at all of us and the tables around us. Had a horrible attitude. Between the 5 of us our bill was about $95. Her attitude is ugly."

"Got takeout. Shorted me a wing and instead had a nasty, inedible wing tip. Wings have become small with very little meat. Very little sauce on the wings. The celery was literally rotten. They were all brown. I’m done with this chain. There has to be better choices."

"As someone who also serves at a restaurant I hate writing this review. But we stood at the host stand for 10+ minutes as all the servers stood in a group and made eye contact with us. The hostess was nowhere to be found. Eventually a to go team member asks if we were dining in we said yes. Hostess still did not come out for another 3-5 minutes. She then pointed to a booth and said you can sit there. She went back into the back and barely ever came back to the host stand the rest of the time we were there. We then waited another 10-15 minutes to be greeted. Lovely red headed server. Super sweet. But they brought out our app and entrees at the same time, still not recieving our drinks from the bar. She grabbed them when we mentioned it. We also ordered wedges and never got them. It is a Saturday night but the rush was over and wasn't packed by any means. The food was okay, wings a bit cold but could've been my fault for not eating them right away as I was eating the appetizer. Just kind of dissapointed with the service from team members."

"I put in an online order for pickup, it was ready at the pickup time. Time. I was pleasantly surprised because most places have you wait around for 10 to 20 minutes after your pickup time. I can honestly say that I am sad with the prices, as eating out has just become so expensive everywhere. We probably order from bdubs (bww) twice a year now. With two toddlers I will say it was definitely cheaper to order a 10-piece boneless wing with no sauce and fries than it was to order two chicken tenders meals. The staff was friendly and pick up was easy. The food was good and the order was correct."

"Loved the environment! The manager was on the floor, greeting everyone and making sure the food came out exactly how we wanted and expected. My server was incredible, and I didn't have to beg for refills on drinks like I normally would at other restaurants. My food came out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurant. My family enjoyed it all as well. All together would highly recommend!"
