"Where do I begin with the issues at this location. We weren't going to stop there because we remembered they were super slow for a year back. We went through the drive thru. It now has an automated cashier. It couldn't get our order right. We couldn't add the scrimp nibblers after ordering the number 3 with no drink. So, we went in. After placing the order, we waited an additional 20 mins for our order. Once received, the shrimp nibblers were over cooked. I showed the manager and she dropped new ones and I waited another 10 minutes or more for those. I went to the restroom were there was no toilet paper so I told them about that. Just a terrible experience. I will starve before I go there again. They use an automated frier that slows things even more. Word of advice White Castle from a tech expert, you can't automate everything. Sometimes, people are best. Customer service should come first."

"It's White Castle. What do you expect?, got to do it at least once a month though!"

"The service and food were good. I have no complaints about that, but they are just doing too much with all of this digital automation stuff. Instead of having a live person taking your order in the drive thru, there is a voice assistant computer. When I gave my order, it registered as something else, then when I said that was wrong, and repeated my order, it rang up something completely different, but still the wrong thing. From there, the system froze, and none of the voice commands posted on the screen worked, and what makes it so bad is there wasn't even a real person listening in to see if there were any issues or not. I ended up pulling around, and there was a nice lady who opened the first window, which was closed, just to take my order. They were able to see that something went wrong with the digital system, but placing a simple order should never be that difficult."

"I didn't have the food, so I couldn't speak to that experience. However, the person I was with had the most trying time placing an order. They didn't know how to enter the coupon code, didn't listen to the order correctly, and therefore misquoted a much higher price and seemingly frustrated their coworkers due to the inaccuracy. It felt greatly disorganized and unwelcoming. With that said, if you have a straightforward order, it may still be worth your while. Prices appear low, a robot makes the food, and there is a steady line of customers. If you are accustomed to White Castle, it could still be the place for you."
