"I really don't like the order kiosk. Not that it's complicated but it doesn't make getting your order faster. I would think that a tool designed to free up/replace workers would result in better utilization of the other workers on the clock. The manager did have great people skills especially with the staff. The tastes are always as you want them to be even though it's much more costly to eat there lately"

"Been waiting over 40 minutes for 3 items I ordered. Employees are super slow & haven't been informing us about anything. There's a few of us that have been waiting here as well for over 30 minutes! If I could rate them zero, I would. It's been 40 minutes & THEY JUST STARTED DOING OUR ORDER after we asked them where's our order. This place is horrible!! Causing confusion & delay. Never again."

"Been here 40 minutes, place isn't even busy and they still haven't made our food. Everyone is standing around waiting. Employees are going so slow I'm almost sure it's to spite everyone. No one has complained, all customers have been patient but the employees have zero sense of urgency. At this point I might as well go back there and make everything myself."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was horrible and to top that off it was a couple waiting before I came in, and their food was just sitting up there & the older guys said to his coworker that she should have said something instead of just standing there. That’s bad and sad at the same time. People pay good money for their food to be hot and correct. This is a picture of how my taco was."
