"Tried the new candied bacon whopper. Wow blown away. This is as good as the premium burgers mcdonalds used to sell in 2019 that were discontinued. This burger is awesome and I will be back for more. This burger was not in the app and I had originally come in for something else. But because my order was the exact same price they were able to get me the new whopper. The managers and customer service here were excellent. Next time I will take pictures of the burger. I will be back and order this again. Thank you Highland burger King for fixing the app issue I had and letting me try the new whopper."

"Pretty bad experience. Idk what was going on in this bk but it was chaos. Ordered an 8 piece nugget and large fry. Took about 25 min to get it. The employees seemed lost. Orders were all mixed up w each other. Manager was taking things from one bag and putting them in another. Nobody seemed to know where they were in the process of taking orders, making food, and bagging it up. The only silver lining was the big guy who wasn’t clocked in but trying to help. He had his own food sitting at a table in the dining area that he left to try and help out w the chaos."
"I don’t review much but the bizarre idiocy I’ve just witnessed deserves some attention. I pull up to the speaker, mind you I’m the only one there, and ask for a second. I have to repeat myself three times because the worker couldn’t “understand me”. I look at the menu and order a double cheeseburger king Jr meal. Which i assumed was just a smaller portion of the regular meal. As I order the worker repeats my order back to me confused. I confirm my order and they once again repeat it back only this time with a more condescending attitude and slower than the first time. I look over at my passenger dumbfounded. I look back over to the speaker and they once more, slower than the last, repeat my simple order back to me. As I was on a time crunch I just pull forward and leave. Honestly, if you told me there were mentally challenged workers I would say not a chance. As they would have been a lot smarter. 0/10"
