"My sandwich was wrong twice actually three times. They messed it up twice while I was there today. I asked for the manager's name. She told me she did not have one and shut the window in my face. This happened about 11:50 between 12:00 noon. I asked the employee in the drive thru window what the store number was. She hasitated and gave me a store number as 129. I do not know if they spit my food gave me the wrong store number but I will never ever be back to this store and I used to love it. I'm actually afraid to eat my Whopper. I think I'll just throw it away!! Horrible customer service and I hope they are reprimanded for how they treated me with my granddaughter in the car. She was a manager."
"It’s Burger King not a sit down restaurant. Don’t get to excited. While the food is average at best it does serve a purpose. You get what you expect here. Something to eat. Occasionally you’ll get fresh food. When you do it’s a treat. A fresh Whopper can’t be beat. It’s also so rare to find one. Take a chance if you want to eat something and not expect freshness."
